Shipping Policy

  • Delivery within the UK is free for all orders. 

  • International delivery costs are stated on the item. 

  • Everything will be sent via Royal Mail, first class, tracked and signed. You will receive your tracking number once the item has been shipped. The length of time an item will take to reach you will depend on where you are in the world. 

  • Please double check your delivery address to make sure the item is dispatched to the correct address.

  • Items are aimed to be dispatched within 3 - 7 days from receipt of your order. If the item is delayed for any reason, I will be in contact as soon as possible to let you know and discuss any changes to the order if needed.

  • Please understand that every item is handmade and I will need time to make the item for you.


Return & Exchange Policy

  • I​f you have a problem with your order, please contact me with your order number and contact details so we can help resolve the issue.

  • Returns requested within 14 days of receiving the parcel are eligible for refund or exchange. You have a further 14 days to ship the parcel back to me.

  • Please do not send the parcel back without requesting the refund first.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. I would advise the use of a recorded delivery service as RowRow and Kades cannot be held responsible for items which are lost in transit.

  • Please bear this in mind when making your order and double check all order details.

  • Goods should be returned in their original condition, unused and unwashed with all the original labels, packaging and proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt. If the original packaging is no longer available, goods should be packaged carefully and appropriately to avoid damage in the mail.

  • I will issue a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the returned goods. Once I have assessed the condition of the returned goods I will contact you with details of the refund/exchange.

  • If the goods are not returned in a satisfactory condition, a deduction may be made to the refund. Refunds will not be given if the goods have been worn or washed unless agreed in advance due to a developed fault. I will always contact you to let you know about a reduction or refusal and the reason for it before the refund is or is not issued.

  • Non faulty goods should not be handled anymore than you would if you were assessing them in a shop.

  • Please be aware that you will not receive a refund for the return shipping costs or any customs fees which have been paid unless the item is deemed faulty. Please bear this in mind when making your order and double check all order details.

  • Your exchanged goods will be sent out as soon as possible, once your original goods have been returned. If the exchange item is made to order, please allow up to 14 days, plus shipping time, to process the new order.


  • Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for digital downloads.

  • It is illegal to redistribute, sell or share the pattern in part or in whole, electronically or physically without express permission from RowRow and Kades.
