Why do you use this yarn?


I wanted to choose something luxurious for my customers. Merino yarn is soft, duarble and hypoalergenic. That means it's perfect for the little guys and people with allergies. Merino is also temperature regulating and breathable. It has active fibre's which make it react to any changes in body temperature.




What is the yarn made from?


The yarn I use is 100% merino. It is hand dyed in Peru using a kettle dying method. The yarn itself comes from Uraguay and the company who makes it employs environmentally safe practices using as little water and as few chemicals as possible.




What size should I order?


All childrens items have a stated age range which should be used as a guideline. Children come in all shapes and sizes so please use the measurements to help you choose. The advice I always give is to size up. So if you have a 10 month old child, get the 12-24 months size, not the 6-12 months. I also have a guide for head wear here. Do you ship internationally?


Yes I ship worldwide. Please check my Shipping Policies for further details. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.




How will my parcel be shipped?


Parcels within the UK are sent First Class Signed for via the Royal Mail.
Parcels outside of the UK are sent International Tracked & Signed via Royal Mail.
Both of these methods are the safest way I can get your parcel to you while keeping costs as low as possible.




How long will my parcel take?


Domestic: Please allow 1-3 days for delivery if using the first class signed for option.

International: Estimated shipping times vary based on where in the world you are: Asia Pacific: 10-28 business days Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 7-14 business days Europe: 4-7 business days Latin America and the Caribbean: 10-28 business days North Africa and the Middle East: 10-28 business days North America: 7-14 business days Sub-Saharan Africa: 10-28 business days Please note, delays due to the parcel being held in customs is out of my control and estimated delivery will go beyond the above stated times. All delivery times are estimated. Please contact me if you feel that your parcel has taken longer than estimated time frames and I will try to track it's location.




What payment methods do you accept?


I accept Paypal and all major debit and credit cards.
Payment is due at the time of order.




How long will it take to process my order?


An item which is pre-made and ready to ship will be shipped the following working day at the latest. A made to order item will take up to 2 weeks to process before being shipped as I need the time to make your item. Please contact me for a more detailed time scale on your purchase. If there is any further delay I will let you know as soon as possible.




Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?


Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours of receiving it. If you have ordered a pre-made item and you have not received confirmation that your order has shipped, you may adjust your order. Please contact me as soon as possible using the contact form. If your item is a made to order item please contact me as soon as possible within 24-48 hours. Bare in mind that changing the order will cause a delay as I will need to make each item. Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase If there is a problem with your order, contact me within: 14 days of delivery Return items back to me within: 14 days of confirming exchange or refund with me.

What if my parcel is missing?


In the UK, a parcel is not considered missing until it has been in limbo for 15 working days (3 weeks). This is extended to 20 working days (4 weeks) for goods posted to Europe, and 25 working days (5 weeks) for the rest of the world. I am unable to open a case for goods until they have been delayed for as long as this standard.
Once this time limit is up, if your parcel has still not arrived, I am able to start proceedings to claim for it. I may need your help to fill out details on the claim form. This will not affect my refund/exchange to you, but will help me to reclaim my costs from the Royal Mail. While I am dealing with the Royal Mail I will process your refund/exchange as normal so you are not delayed any further.




What if my parcel is damaged?


If your parcel arrives in a poor condition, please take photographic evidence. This is for my use in a claim to the Royal Mail. It will not affect your refund/exchange. While I am dealing with the Royal Mail I will process your refund/exchange as normal so you are not delayed any further.




My parcel is late for it’s intended use. Can I have compensation?


My processing time will always be stated on the items before purchase. Please take into account that it will take up to 2 weeks to make the item and then the shipping time is on top of that. Once the parcel is in the postal system, it is, unfortunately, out of my hands. If it is delayed due to any reason, I cannot do anything about it until a certain time limit has past, (please scroll up and read the Parcel Missing section). I can apologise on behalf of the Royal Mail but it won’t speed anything up. Therefore, I cannot offer compensation on a delayed item.




How accurate are the pictures of your products on your website?


I try my best to make sure the images are as close as possible to the actual product.
Colours may vary slightly depending on your computer or mobile device.




Product Care


All yarn used is machine washable on a gentle wash. You will receive a care card with every item which will state how it should be cared for and give you details on looking after your knits. The majority of items are machine wash at 30°, iron on a cool setting, do not bleach, do not tumble dry. Hand washing will increase the life of your item.




Who are RowRow and Kades?


RowRow, aka Rowan, is the newest member to our little family. He is my 2 year old son and the model in the boys clothes. He is a little troublemaker, loud and boisterous and we love him to bits!
Kades, aka Kaden, is my first born son. He is 10 years old and polar opposite to toe rag Rowan. Kaden is gentle and loving and wears his heart on his sleeve. I’ll get him modelling for me one day too!
